Team sheets can be located in team manager - this is available in a number of different places. The easiest way is to:
- Click on Teams from the lefthand sidebar and find your team (use filters where necessary)
- Click on your team name and open Team Manager.
- From here, for each game you will be able to set a team through the use of five functions:
- Available
- Not available
- Pending
- Selected
- Not selected
Each player will set their availability for each match in the same location:
Pending - to start with, every player will be placed in the 'pending' category awaiting their availability response. They will be prompted to set their availability via time related triggers, which you can set for your team (located within the actions button at the top of team manager).
Available vs not available - each player can provide a response to this trigger, they will then be moved into one of these categories. If you're still awaiting a response from some players, you can send a message to everyone under the 'pending' category to prompt a response.
Selected - all players will be moved from 'available' to 'selected' when the trigger you have set on the 'actions' option is activated (e.g. 1 day before the fixture). The exception to this arrives when there are more available players than the squad size allows (as per pre-set rules and regulations). Players will automatically be placed into selected/reserved on a first come first served basis.
Reserves - as a captain, you have the ability to move players from reserved to selected, and vice versa, so long as at no point the squad size limit (if any) is breached. It is the responsibility of the captain to ensure that the correct team is set up so that on match day the correct team sheet is available.
